The awareness that, to improve the situation, the current assets must be manage better, considering each element, allowing to reduce costs and optimising the process. The recovery of the efficiency spans through different fields, among which are surely the technical maintenance and energy sectors. In the first case, all the technical maintenance of buildings and plants must be planned out and rationalised, in the second case, energy consumption must be controlled and analysed. These sectors are strongly intertwined, since it is precisely by starting from a proper maintenance and energy control of thermal, hydraulic, and electric plants, that efficiency can be increased.
